The exact scope of a session is limited to the service described at the time of booking. Business implementation, documentation preparation, buyer verification, registration, representation, and other extended services are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

• Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed where required.
• Do not share your payment passwords, OTPs, or banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent the service.

Please retain your payment receipt or transaction reference for future communication.

4. Booking, Schedule and Attendance

Session dates and times are communicated through the website or the booking confirmation. Any advertised date or time is subject to confirmation.

• Please join on time and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• You are responsible for having a suitable device and access to the online meeting method provided.
• If you need to change your booking, contact us as early as possible.
• If the consultant needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the change and arrange an alternative time.

A missed session or late arrival may affect the time available. Any rescheduling or missed-appointment arrangements are subject to the applicable booking and refund policy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
