We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our digital products, webinars, services, and courses. However, as most of our offerings are delivered digitally, we have certain limitations regarding refunds.

Digital Products

Once a digital product (like eBooks, courses, or templates) is purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to read all descriptions carefully before purchase.

Webinar Tickets & Online Events

Webinar tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. In such cases, we may offer a refund or transfer the ticket to a future session.

Coaching or Consultation Sessions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us. Upon verification, we will process a full refund of the duplicate payment.
